Hi I'm Hannah
​
A Hastings born, yoga teacher and owner of Old Town Yoga.
​
I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10.
​
I have always been interested in a quiet and peaceful way of living and moving.
I’ve spent a lot of time living in monasteries and ashrams and personally think happiness and kindness is the best way to approach life.
​
Given my experience in yoga, meditation, chinese medicine and anatomy my teachings are always varied and grounded in research and experience.
And it is my main emphasis that all classes are appropriate for all visual, hearing and physical abilities.
I work with many communities and charities on a voluntary basis in the area, if you would like to reach out please contact me, offering support and yoga in it's various forms
I am currently working with St Michaels Hospice, Hastings Association for the Blind, Care for carers and Mountside.

I was resistant to going to yoga, but from my very first class 18 months ago I absolutely loved it!
Whenever I tried yoga in the past I just felt self-conscious and clumsy but Hannah's class is different. Whatever I can do or not do, it feels totally fine (which has helped me get better anyway!)
There is no judgement or showing off, it is a joyful and safe space, and I am learning to accept myself. I look forward to it every week, whether in person or online, it is always a treat and always makes me feel loads better physically and mentally."
